"During the transition from a Large Multi-State Security Company to Aeropoint Security was a very positive experience. Aeropoint was put under the gun by the Union during the transition due to the new CBA as well as having to change over a staff of 26 employees in 30 days. Brian, Rob and their crew did an outstanding job handling the Union and transition of the staff, the Site Manager did not stay, nor did other key employees. Aeropoint upgraded the staff and hired from within to replace the site manager. Their candidatre had no prior management experience and Aeropoint used their Manager Training to train their new site manager and he has done an outstanding job. 

Their uniforms are top notch and the Customer Service training is well above average. Brian re-trained all employees at Aeropoints cost and the training was outstanding. The tenants of the building have also been impressed. It made me realize the inferior training that took place prior to Aeropoints arrival. I don't think the previous company did a poor job training, I just did not realize there is that much of a difference between security companies.

"I am pleased to share my experience with Aeropoint Security with Colleague's in the Real Estate Industry. The best example I can give, as a Community Manager for a High-Rise Residential property in Downtown Boston happened in August 2006. During final stages of construction on the upper floors. (28) A contractor stuffed the pipes, left the water on during a long weekend. Needless to say, on Sunday we had water pouring through the ceiling in the lobby. The 10th floor down already had residents in them and they were not happy.

One thing I never worried about was my security company. I made one phone call to Brian Raboin at Aeropoint Security and had 20 additional security officers in 90 minutes. I needed the units fixed and fast. I needed the security officers to go into all units that were occupied while the contractors ripped up floors, vacuumed water and replaced walls. Aeropoint delivered! It was a breath of fresh air to get that type of service from a security vendor. I should not have been surprised, I have received that type of service before and since.

 "I have never had a bad experience with Brian or this company. We have a very difficult site that covers over 80 acres and we have to follow Department of homeland Security and United States Coast Guard regulations. That being said, a simple mistake in judgement can cost us thousands of dollars in fines. Some fines have exceeded $100,000 in our industry. The Aeropoint team has been through 8 Coast Guard inspections and has not had one discrepancy. Impressive indeed. The officers require over 60 hours of training and monthly updates and I have never seen a bill for said training. Brian (Raboin) was responsible for coordinating the writing of the FSP per the ISPS and the MTSA for the U.S. Coastguard and Department of Homeland Security.
