Ownership Team James W. Lees Managing Partner James W. Lees, a former United States Marine, was founder and CEO of Security Systems, Inc (SSI) for 29 years. SSI was a total service security company that employed more than 800 uniformed employees throughout Eastern Massachusetts. SSI was sold to Allied Barton in 2004. Mr. Lees was also Managing Director of Sentry Protective Systems, a division of SSI. Sentry installed, serviced and monitored in excess of 27,000 subscribers for burglar and fire alarm systems throughout New England. Mr. Lees has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bentley College and spent the first 14 years of his career in the computer field. Brian K. Raboin President/Managing Partner Brian K. Raboin is the founder of Aeropoint Security Enterprises. Mr. Raboin also owned and operated Pinnacle Security in Boston before selling that entity to another local company. Mr. Raboin has over 21 years experience in the security industry, to include all aspects of the industry. He was Director of Security for Giorgio Armani in Boston and California for 7 years as well as a Regional Manager for SSI and another local company for 13 years before venturing out on his own. Mr. Raboin has experience in High-Rise buildings, commercial, residential, hospital, patrols, CCTV design, event security and private protection security. Mr. Raboin is a former United States Marine Corp Intelligence Operative. Robert D. Taylor Executive Vice President/Managing Partner Robert D. Taylor was recruited by SSI while attending Northeastern University and hired in 1990 as an Event Manager at the Boston Garden. Mr. Taylor accepted a full-time position within SSI and quickly ascended through the ranks to the position of Director of Operations/Assistant VP. Mr. Taylor’s experience includes the oversight of an operations staff responsible for (700) uniformed employees at a myriad of venues to include High-Rise, Event, Commercial, Residential, Hospital and University Security. Of particular note, Mr. Taylor oversaw the Contract Security Officers at Harvard University for a period of (12) years working closely with the HUPD on initiatives and policies to provide a safe educational environment within an urban setting. |

Stephen Giampa is our Director of Operations.Mr. Giampa oversee's our entire operations and always exceeds our expectations. Mr. Giampa has over 20 years of management experience. Mr. Giampa has worked with Brian for the past 6 years and has an attention to detail unlike any other. Mr. Giampa works very closely with ownership 24/7 and has all the decision making skills and permissions required for his position. Rose Sousa is our Human Resources Director and Corporate Trainer. Ms. Sousa oversee's the Human Resources of the company and the Training of all officers. Ms. Sousa also assists with start-ups and marketing. Ms. Sousa has been in the security industry for 17 years and started as a security officer. Daniel Colletti is a District Manager and also oversee's New Englands most significant Data/Communications Center located in Downtown Boston. Mr. Colletti has over 20 years management experience and also has direct access to the ownership 24/7. Daniel McGillicuddy is a District Manager and also manages the New Balance World Headquarters in Brighton, MA. Mr. McGillicuddy has over 20 years of Security Management Experience specializing in Event Security and High-Rise Buildings. Mr. McGillicuddy also works closely with Local, Federal and Special Operations Law Enforcement. Syed Shah is our Operations Manager. Mr. Shah handles scheduling duties as well as assisting with the hiring of new employees. Mr. Shah was a supervisor at Harvard University for 10 years before joining Aeropoint Security 2 years ago. Robert Perry is in charge of our fleet of 11 vehicles and also Manages the Autoport Facility. Mr. Perry works very closely with the Coast Guard and State Police during the security detail for the LNG Tankers that come into Boston. Mr. Perry has over 15 years of security experience. Toni Mullan is our Receptionist/Office VIP. |
