| Expertise During the conceptualization, investigatory and commitment stages of what was to become Aeropoint Security Enterprises (ASE), the ownership group made several important, calculated, empirically based decisions which serve as the cornerstones of our corporate philosophy, culture and operating credos. Inasmuch as all of us have achieved our own relative modicums of success in the contract security industry during the past several decades, we were able to formulate an operating philosophy for our company which has not only stood the test of time but which also mirrors with our corporate goals and objectives. Simply put, it is our intent to establish long standing, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers who take their security seriously. Toward that end, we are committed to contribute the time, expertise and resources necessary to meet and hopefully exceed the security mandate of our customers in the long term. We strive to establish and maintain truly open, constructive channels of communication with all of our customers, and position ourselves in a pro-active posture to effectively deal with any requests for extraordinary service, security contingencies, and /or service issues as they may occur. We do not promise our customers that our service platforms are void of problems from time to time, as that would be unattainable and disingenuous at the outset. What we always deliver to our customers is the steadfast commitment that we will do everything foreseeable to eliminate the possibility of service problems in the first place and that we will respond immediately, in a swift and effective manner, to remediate the service problems that do inevitably occur. If the day came that we did not respond instantly and effectively to any request for service and/or any service problem, we would expect to lose the business….as we simply wouldn’t deserve it any longer. Aeropoint Security Enterprises has an absolute commitment to controlling the growth of our organization, which we feel is an important consideration for any potential customer who is soliciting bids for contract security services. We do not employ a sales staff, and quite frankly we have attained our growth through word of mouth/referrals and at a self-imposed, conservative pace. Based upon our goal to establishing long, mutually beneficial relationships with our valued customers, it would be counter-productive and hypocritical for us to add levels of business beyond the capacity of our management structure at any given point in time. Why should existing customers of any firm suffer the adverse effects of their vendor’s growth? Unfortunately, more often than not, this is a commonly experienced problem in the contract security industry, as our competitors (large and small alike) solicit and accept business adding workload and stress to management hierarchies which are already stressed beyond reasonably prudent levels. The end result of the same is less than stellar service, unresponsive management and dissatisfied end users. We seek only to attain our net growth one customer at a time, successfully adding business only when our company has the capacity to undertake the same and without sacrificing our capacity to service our existing customers. |
